Basketball Victoria

The Cerebral Palsy Support Network strives to change community attitudes towards people with cerebral palsy by providing information and awareness about the issues that impact on their lives.

 

 


ChIPS (Chronic Illness Peer Support)

The mission of ChIPS is to contribute to the social, physical and emotional well-being of those affected by Chronic Illness   and to assist in the promotion of research in this area. We work on peer support and youth participation philosophies. We provide group counseling, education, recreation and leadership opportunities. ChIPS works with young people aged 12-25 and therefore assists young people during transition from child to adult health services.

 


NSW Council for Intellectual Disability

The NSW Council for Intellectual Disability (NSW CID) is a peak body representing the rights and interests of people with intellectual disability in NSW. The Council takes on such activities as providing policy advice, systemic advocacy, community education, and information provision and dissemination.

The mission of Cystic Fibrosis QLD is to contribute to the social, physical and emotional well-being of those affected by CF and to assist in the promotion of research. In recent years CF QLD have expanded to provide home nursing and physiotherapy services to enable early discharge from hospital.

The Australian Government’s NDCO Program targets the barriers that people with disability face in successfully accessing and completing post-school education and training and subsequent employment.

Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children

Rocky Bay WA
Rocky Bay provides care and support for people with disabilities, particularly those with neuromuscular and other neurological disorders. The Rocky Bay client group comprises people with muscular dystrophy, muscular atrophy, spina bifida, cerebral palsy and those with an acquired brain injury.
 

 


Royal Children's Hospital Foundation
The Royal Children's Hospital Foundation is the fundraising arm of Queensland's Royal Children's Hospital.  The Foundation raises around $13 million annually, and since inception in 1986 more than $100 million has been invested into working wonders for sick kids.
 

 


SANE Australia

Special Olympics Australia
Special Olympics Australia is the not-for-profit organisation that transforms the lives of people with an intellectual disability through sport.
Each week, dedicated volunteers provide quality sports training to almost 4000 athletes in over 250 sports clubs across metropolitan and rural Australia. Training is provided in a range of sports and all skill levels are catered for.

 


St Giles
